Mike Aronow
Mike has deep experience building and scaling successful commercial organizations across both start-up and corporate environments. He has also served as a trusted advisor to numerous early to mid stage companies for over a decade. Before founding Amplifyer, Mike worked in the data and programmatic audience space, building high-achieving sales teams at Quantcast and ADARA. Prior to that he was the Head of Sales at CBS, across all CBS TV, CBS RADIO and CBSi music, news and sports properties. Mike is a graduate of Trinity College with a B.A. in Political Science.

Debbie Wentz
Debbie has over 10 years of experience in digital analytics and a proven track record of managing strategy and optimization efforts for multiple brands. Throughout her career, she has excelled in building dashboards, tools and processes for prestigious companies such as Time Inc., Quantcast, and ADARA. Her unique expertise in delivering advanced analytical insights, site metric data, advertising data, and platform performance is a valuable asset in guiding clients to achieve their goals. Debbie is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Jesse Wolfersberger
Jesse is a data and econometrics expert who has been delivering insights to some of the world’s leading brands for over 20 years. Jesse is the former Head of Research for GroupM, where he worked with Unilever, Dell, and Verizon. He then moved to Maritz, a global leader in loyalty and incentive programs where he was Maritz's first chief data officer, handling over 400 million users across programs for Hilton, Marriott, HSBC, Bank of America, General Motors, Honda, and Toyota. Most recently, Jesse co-founded and sold a data start-up, Vrity, which measures brand equity. He holds a M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri.

Michael Wolfson
Michael has been lighting up audiences with creative ideas and digital innovation since the web was young. Co-founder of The Knot/XO Group (NYSE: XOXO) which he took from startup to IPO to become the world’s largest media company. He was former Chief Creative of AOL, where he was responsible for content experience and creative development of 18+ websites, from AOLMusic to TMZ and was awarded an Emmy Award for his work as Producer of Live8. More recently, he was founder of Vaudeville Ventures and GoodWolf. He’s in his element dreaming up ways to evolve how we experience content and brands across our mediaverse. Michael is a graduate of NYU Film School and has produced several award winning feature films.

Meera Hardin
Meera is a distinguished figure in the media realm with a career spanning nearly two decades, initially making her mark at premier agencies before excelling in media sales. An authoritative voice in programmatic, OTT/CTV, and addressable media, she's consistently set benchmarks for adaptability and excellence. Now, as the driving force behind Amplifyer's Media and Entertainment properties, Meera is leveraging her vast expertise to redefine industry standards, positioning us at the forefront of innovation.

Ben Fichtenbaum
Ben brings 15 years of national media sales experience at companies such as NBC Sports, Telemundo, CBS, and Cox Media Group. He has a strong track record of success working with brands such as Ford, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, McDonald's, Dairy Queen, & Chevrolet to activate their national sales plans across the omnichannel ecosystem. Throughout his career, Ben has excelled at building rapport & fostering mutual understanding with all stakeholders, while consistently performing as a top revenue generator. Ben is also a former U.S. Marine serving in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
